During high-demand periods (such as product drops or sales), processing times may be extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Studio EQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
